Good for Victoria.

Now if they would only treat their sewage before dumping it in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Well done Victoria but too bad you treat the ocean as your private cess pond. Do something about the raw sewage..PLEASE!

I live in Victoria and we have a number of green initiatives on the go. Definitely what the city is doing is moving us into the future. Increasing alternative transportation in large cities will only help to make the world a greener place for us and future generations. Every one of us can make a difference!
