Dems Win Bob Allen Seat

Democrats picked up a Republican-leaning state House seat in Florida Tuesday, with Tony Sasso narrowly defeating his GOP opponent. It was the ninth House seat the party has picked up over the last two years in the Republican-dominated chamber.

The seat was vacated by Bob Allen, who was arrested last summer for solicting sex in a public bathroom from an undercover cop.
