Knotts Again

In the South Carolina State Senate race I previewed yesterday, Sen. Jake Knotts took the most votes, but only won 45% of the vote. He'll square off with Katrina Shealy, who is backed by Gov. Mark Sanford, in the runoff in two weeks.
